Document Imaging Module

This powerful module allows for the scanning of documents using a normal scanner and linking those documents to any file record (loan client, employer, payment, loan transaction etc). This means you can scan ID books, loan documents, pay slips - in fact anything you might photocopy. This makes the document available electronically, available for immediate recall by any user. It removes the necessity of keeping large amounts of physical files at hand - they can be safely stored. The saving in paper and toner will pay for this module itself.  It organises the scanned images in an easy to backup and navigate directory system.
