LendMaster v2.1
Acron has released a new version of LendMaster. (v2.1). This new release adds a bundle of new functionality to the already impressive list. Please refer to our version history for a more detailed look at the added features.
- Added the pre-qualification calculator. This is a major new addition and gives you an incredibly powerful user defined calculator. You have access to all kinds of information and out features while defining a qualification calculation to work exactly how you want it. This is the used in the all new applications section where your users then use your calculator to process applications. These applications are then available for review, approval and conversion to loans.
- Product lists. You have complete flexibility over what a product looks like. Since you can already define your own transaction types you can now create any product with whatever components you want. You can even import the product list from Excel.
- Added the LendMaster Backup program. You can choose which data sets to backup where. If you want LendMaster will also backup the related Pastel files.
- Added an employer reporting group. This new classification can group employers together based on a code you enter. You can then report on the loans per reporting group.
- Reports (loan actions and age analysis) can now be summarised per employer. Get one line per employer with the totals of the columns you selected.
- Change data sets on the fly. You can now change the data set you are working with by selecting it from the list of data sets. Also use this list of data sets to configure your back-up options.
- Added network administration. You can now see which users are using LendMaster, send them a warning that you want to shut down the system (for backup or whatever reason) and then force a shutdown of the program on their machines. There is also a chat facility between users.
- New transaction frequencies. The transaction frequencies are what gives the definition of transaction types its flexibility. Now you can define transaction types that will charge a fixed amount monthly or that will charge an amount annually.
- The look and feel of some of the browses (based on status) and many small productivity and information enhancements to the browses. Like adding or edit loans directly from the employer browse.
- Post receipts as an ad-hoc transaction. You can now add receipts (and "negative" ones) to a loan on an ad-hoc basis. This will create the proper Pastel entries. Also new is the ability to put receipts on hold so that when LendMaster generates the receipt list from the employer that a payment transaction is not automatically generated.
- Added the ability to create cash book transactions in Pastel if you wish. You no longer have to work through a cash control account if you do not want to. Set up any transaction type that is a payment (or a reversal of a payment) as a cash book entry type and the cash book entry for that transaction is created directly for you in the cash book.
